  • Bulk or Commercial Orders: Delivery timelines may vary based on order size and logistics requirements.

  • 4–7 business days for other locations, and up to 10 business days for remote areas.

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Orders with a total value of AED 100 or more qualify for free shipping.

  • For orders below AED 100, a flat shipping charge of AED 20 will be applied.

  • All applicable shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
